Satyananda Yoga Class

Yoga training classes of a month duration are conducted by Satyananda Yoga Center every month. Two batches are held in the morning and in the evening respectively. Many people participate in these classes irrespective of their ages. The classes are arranged suitable to one’s mental and physical state. Those who are suffering from any diseases or any other difficulties are trained according to the direct instructions of the Yogacharya . Meditation which is aimed to overcome mental tension is also conducted as a part of this class. INDIVIDUAL CLASS SENIOR CITIZEN'S BATCH
Special individual classes are conducted by Satyananda . This facility is utilized by foreign tourists . These classes can be advancely booked by contacting the center. People from different areas like bank employees , doctors, IT professionals, company executives; those who come from foreign countries on leave register in these classes . These classes are conducted under the direct instructions of the Yogacharya.
Yoga helps to stabilize and improve the health in all age groups. Special yoga training classes are conducted for the elder citizens in our society in every month by Satyananda. These classes are designed to be suitable for the mental and physical state of the elder persons , so that they can learn easily and get benefited.
LADIES BATCH STUDENTS & YOUTH BATCH
Special classes are conducted only for women every month. Trainers who have long experience in this field take classes . This facility is used by many women as yoga is both a remedy and relief to many problems faced by them
